FAQ

We’ll start with the big 6…

  • Who?
This site is run by “Little Paul” - when he’s not hanging out over at rec.juggling he can be found fiddling with www.lpbk.net and occasionally even www.trickswithhats.org.
  • What?
This site is an attempt to collect 100 signed promo-photos of professional performing jugglers. It’s just a shame “jugglers” doesn’t begin with a “P” really!
  • Why?
You probably want to read the What’s this about? page.
  • Where?
We’re hosted with the lovely dreamhost.com - if you sign up using a promotional code of “LPBK60″, you’ll get a whopping $60 off your first years hosting bill!
If you meant geographically rather than physically, I live in Bristol, England.
  • When?
2007 - all of it. The target is to collect all 100 photos before 1st Jan 2008.
  • How?
If you want to get involved, you should probably stop reading this FAQ and get yourself over to the Get Involved! page.

If that didn’t cover it, perhaps some of the following will…

  • What do you intend to do with the photos?
If you send me a photo, I’ll scan it in and add it to the website along with a little thank you note, and I’ll link back to a website of your choosing! The physical, hard-copy photos will all be put in a photo album, and kept on my shelf at home as something I can look back on in years to come. Something to keep me happy in my old age!
  • Can I send you a digital copy instead?
Sorry, no! Thanks for the offer and all that, but the whole point of the project is that I’m trying to collect printed promotional material to prove to the world that it still exists! Besides, the only letters I get in the post are bills, and receiving a picture of you would brighten up my morning no end.
  • What about copyright?
All photos retain their original copyright. The uses outlined above are the only uses I’ll put them to. If for some reason this turns into a book or something, I’ll endeavour to contact everyone who donates a photo before re-using them.
  • Who is this “friend” that you keep mentioning?
(S)He’s asked to remain anonymous… No, I don’t know why either.
  • My Question isn’t covered here, how can I contact you?
Trot along to the Get Involved! page and email me! I’ll do my best to answer the question, and if appropriate, I’ll update this page.
